Refund Policy


Courses have a 14-day full money back return policy.  Bundled courses have a three day full money back guarantee.  Please contact us at [email protected] to issue a refund. Digital products (PDFs, books, audio files, and smaller bundles) are final sale. 

Individual sessions (reiki, heart forging, day-long coaching packages and 1-hour sessions) are non refundable after completion of session.  Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at the full amount at the discretion of the practitioner.  

Monthly coaching packages terminated before the completion of the three month span will be charged $1000 (taken from the payments already completed) plus the full hourly rate of each session attended.     

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.  Payment up until the current month is non-refundable (any payment completed in that current month of cancellation). 

To be eligible for a return on a physical product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Deposits, retreats and workshops

All deposits are non transferable and non refundable with no exception.  Full payment is required before attending any retreat or workshop.  Retreats are non-refundable 30 days prior to commencement.  Workshops are non-refundable 7 days prior to commencement.  All situations are at the discretion of administration.   Medical and Covid testing is at the sole responsibility of the attendee (for completion, clearance and payment).  If the retreat or workshop is cancelled by the participant because of a positive test, isolation or entry requirements, the full amount is non transferable and non refundable. Same applies for changes in border crossing information and requirements as well as cancellation from the venue. 


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. 



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or contact,, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
